I'm getting some of my quilts ready to be shipped to Staunton , Virginia. I work on the back of the quilt to tidy it up so there are no loose threads hanging not my favorite part, but it allows me to daydream while doing this chore .... they accepted 2 quilts for the show called Amazing Quilts. My friend Barbara and I might attend the show.

I'm still not used to this blogs thing, but i realize that art quilters are far and widely spaced though out the US and I yearn to connect and exchange ideas with other art quilters. Right now i am looking into ordering special cardboard shipping container for when i need to ship my quilts. I found some that are telescopic and would adjust to various sizes which would be better than trying to cut one to size. Mary

I am hoping that those who are interested in art quilting will post comments on my blog-
I am new at this blog thing and excited about the prospect of being in touch with quilters who share my passion for quilts.
